Prior to the varsity conference match against ADM on Tuesday September 15th we honored our senior team members in the volleyball program.  Below is a brief summary of each senior.  We greatly appreciate the dedication, effort and time the girls have given to the program!  Thank you Seniors & Parents!


Kaylee Adkins – parents are Jeff and Alicia Adkins. While in high school, she has participated in Volleyball- all 4 years
Student council- freshmen year, FCA- 4 years, National Honor Society, and Mentoring. Awards and achievements include A Honor Roll
every semester, Academic Letter recipient, and three-year Varsity Letter recipient in Volleyball. Her post-graduation plan is to attend
the University of Iowa to major in either Medicine or Business with a minor in Spanish. “I would like to thank my family and friends for
always supporting me and being my biggest fans! To my coaches and teammates, thank you for all the memories and for pushing me to be
better everyday! Go Jays!”

Brielle Culbertson – parents are Scott Culbertson and Heidi Dougherty. While in high school, she has participated in Volleyball,
Basketball, and Track. Awards and achievements include being a member of National Honor Society, A Honor Roll all throughout high
school, and Varsity Track certificate. Her post-graduation plan is to attend a 4-year university to study Interior Design.

Avery Fried – parents are Jerrett and Tania Fried. While in high school, she has participated in Basketball, Volleyball, Track, and
National Honor Society. Awards and achievements include Basketball First Team All-Conference and all District Honors and All
Academic Letter. Her post-graduation plan is to attend Upper Iowa University to play Basketball and further her education. “Thank you
to my family, friends, and Bluejay Nation for four years of support and the best memories. As always, GO JAYS!”

Chloe Little – parents are Scott and Mary Little. While in high school, she has participated in Volleyball, National Honor Society, FCA,
and Student Council. Awards and achievements include three-year Letter recipient in Volleyball, State Qualifier in Volleyball, 2nd Team
All-Conference and Honorable Mention in Volleyball, two-year Volleyball Captain, and four-year Academic Letter recipient. Her postgraduation
plan is to attend Mercy College of Health Sciences and major in Sonography or Radiologic Technology. “I would like to thank
my parents, siblings, and the rest of my family for being my biggest supporters. You guys are the absolute best. Thank you to the coaches
and everyone in the volleyball program for pushing me to be a better player. I love my teammates and I want to thank them for the best 4
seasons I could have asked for. A special shout out to Sarah Moss, I appreciate you and I will miss you! Thank you Bluejay Nation for
always showing up and supporting us. I’m so excited for my senior season. Go Jays!”

Skylar Mullen – parents are Tim and Kairee Mullen . While in high school, she has participated in Volleyball for four years, Soccer and
Bowling for two years, and she was on the Mural Committee. Awards and achievements include National Honor Society, Academic
Letter recipient for four years, and State Volleyball qualifier. Her post-graduation plan is to attend DMACC with plans to become a
Registered Nurse. “Thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way. Thank you to my coaches, teammates, and friends for
making it a memorable 4 years. Thanks to my parents for continuing to get better. It’s been a great 4 years as a Lady Jay.”
