On Monday June 22 in a nonconference matchup with East Marshall we honored our lone senior softball player Kaylee Seitzer.  The Bluejays responded with a 9-0 victory!  Maeci Williamson pitched a complete game 3 hitter while striking out 7!  On offense the girls put together eleven hits, with Katelyn Lappe leading the way with a three run homer!  On her senior night Kaylee went 2-4 with an RBI!  The Lady Jays are off to a 5-2 start and head to Grandview Christian this afternoon for a nonconference JV-V match starting at 4:15pm.  Below is a summary of her participation, awards and thoughts.  We greatly appreciate the effort and dedication Kaylee (& her parents) have given to the softball program.  We wish you the best of luck in finishing your senior season!  Go Bluejays!
